While a writer, musician, student, husband, hiker, son and brother, Mike is probably best known for his extraordinarily large hair. From Greg Brady to Screech, he's heard it all.

Last year, Mike relocated from Washington, D.C. to Boulder, CO with his wife, Katie, in order to improve their quality of life. The couple has since found a halcyon home in the mountains where they devote much of their time to academic and artistic endeavors.

Education fuels the soul, so Mike accordingly invests much of his time in scholarly pursuits. Having received a bachelor's and master's degree in his home state of Virginia, Mike will attend the Ph.D. program in English at the University of Arizona.
